How to Measure your head for Hat orders

Step 1: Preparation

  • Begin by gathering a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string. If using string be sure to have a ruler handy.

  • Optionally, have a friend assist you for better accuracy.

Step 2: Positioning

  • Start by placing the measuring tape or string about two fingers' width above your eyebrows.

  • Ensure the tape or string is positioned horizontally around your head.

Step 3: Wrapping

  • Gently wrap the measuring tape or string around your head, ensuring it stays level.

  • Bring it around to the point where the ends meet at the back of your head.

  • Aim for this meeting point to be roughly where the center of the back of your head is located.

Step 4: Adjustments

  • Ensure the tape or string is snug but not too tight.

  • You should be able to comfortably fit one finger between your head and the measuring tool.

Step 5: Measure

  • Once the tape or string is in place, note the point where it meets or mark it with your finger.

Step 6: Record the Measurement

  • Remove the tape or string and measure the length between the starting point and the marked spot using a ruler.

Step 7: Check and Repeat

  • Verify the measurement to ensure accuracy.

  • If necessary, measure a couple of times to confirm consistency.
